It shapes how people understand, use, and experience a product or service. But design becomes fragile when it is detached from the realities around it. Concepts that ignore strategic intent rarely create lasting value. Concepts that ignore technical realities rarely survive implementation.

My design work focuses on clarifying what should exist and why. Through research, modeling, and conceptual thinking I translate business ambitions into coherent solutions that people can actually understand and use.

Strategy provides the direction that design must serve. Technology defines the environment in which design has to operate.
