Strategy
Strategy provides direction.
But direction alone changes very little.
What matters is whether a strategy can survive contact with reality: with users, with existing processes, with the systems that ultimately have to carry it. Too often strategies remain abstract because they are developed without a clear understanding of how things are designed and built.
My work focuses on making strategy operationally meaningful. I help organizations clarify what they want to achieve and translate that ambition into concrete capabilities, initiatives, and structures.
Design and technology are essential in this process. Design reveals how value actually appears for users. Technology determines how reliably and efficiently that value can be delivered.
I work where these perspectives meet—ensuring that strategic decisions are grounded in real user contexts and supported by systems that can actually deliver on them.
